Maybe now some of the truth of what did and didn't happen almost a month ago will finally be be settled.

Bandido shot in Twin Peaks shootout testifies at hearing

By TOMMY WITHERSPOON

A member of the Bandidos motorcycle gang described Wednesday how he was punched in the face and then shot May 17 at Twin Peaks restaurant while rushing to defend a Bandidos president, who became embroiled in an argument with rival Cossacks gang members moments after the Bandidos rode in from Dallas.

Heaings starting

Heatings?
Hearings?
Heapings?
Healings?

Honestly, healings was the first I thought of, because that is what they need. Isn't it?

Yes, it did need a new thread. For some reason the old thread got the anchor. But the story of what happened is far from over. In fact, it's just starting.

I know members of a gang who proudly claim to be outlaws and who stand accused of serious crimes are likely going to finally give us the truth.

Well considering every police cruiser on site had dash cams and the restaurant right next to Twin Peaks had cameras pointing at the parking lot where all the shooting happened, we should already know exactly what happened. For some reason though Waco PD has deemed it necessary to keep those videos from the public.

I know. I'm just messing with you. But there were two many options for "heaings" to let it slide.

The Waco PD is keeping the video from you because by releasing the videos before the trial creates unnecessary bias.

If everyone already knows the evidence before the trial, no one actually gets a fair trial.

This is where due process comes into play.

The guys on trial deserve a fair trial and you being able to see the videos before the court even does is bullshite.

Been in Waco the last few days. If you didn't know the building was Twin Peaks before, you would never know now. All signs gone, locked up and empty. I saw more Waco PD in the last two days than all of last year on my visits. Only saw a few bikes on the roads there too.

Why is it always a surprise people that evidence isn't released prior to criminal precedings? Every time.

The only time video is released is if it's leaked by someone who has access, or by police if they need public assistance in identifying an unknown subject. Seriously, stop crying about it.

I doubt you will hear the truth. But you will hear a side or a version. And between the two sides somewhere is the truth.

To be fair, normally they aren't holding 170 guys on stock charges for weeks

I understand due process and not getting the media involved too much but when it's as questionable as this I think it makes sense to share some, somewhere. We are talking a pretty major event here and the process has been a bit shady.

Bunch of "harda$$ 1%ers" playing the victim card. fricking embarrassing. Marlon Brando would be disgusted.
