Heard Someone Say "95% Of Who We Are Is Determined When We Are Born"

Overheard a conversation of some people who were outside smoking. Not exactly sure what they were talking about, but I heard one guy say "95% of who we are is determined when we are born". It sounded like he was going on to give an example, but it the obvious observation was that they were having a conversation that involved nature vs nurture..
I am pretty sure no one will, but does anyone agree with this number he? I wish I knew his source for that info.

Nature vs nurture.
There was a fricked up case in NY, where an orphanage would split up twins from single moms, then do studies on each sibling.
The idea was to prove that your surroundings (nurture) mean more what you are born with (nature).
Crazy documentary about this. They had triplets who uncovered the whole thing.
Didn't know they had brothers until they were 18 and one happened to go to a school the other just left and people figured it out for them.
Anyway, point was a,lot of who we are is the environment we are raised in, but some our instincts are often nature.
What we are exposed to builds us more than what we are born with.
Thought it was cool, humans only have two fears when born. Falling and loud noise.
The other fears are picked up in life.
Eta, astrology is silly

It's hard to ignore people when they are talking loud and their are a few who some people tend to try to listen to if they are outside because they are always talking about stupid shite.
