Then what is the point of living!!!

Uuhhh, a man that’s 99?
I'd be willing to bet most don't. The older family members that I have lost due to old age were miserable and quite literally wanting to die. If I ever get to their situation and just waiting to die, you can take me that second because life isn't worth living then.

One simple rule:
If it tastes too good, it’s surely bad for you.

Study of 2,600 men found 200g of meat every day for 20 years raises the risk
Most of the men mainly ate red meat, which has been linked to heart disease
Complete utter 100% fake science.
The reason for heart disease is the consumption of simple sugars and processed carbohydrates.

Overindulging in meat was found to be particularly dangerous for those with type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular conditions or cancer.
Metabolic syndrome encompasses type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Metabolic syndrome is process carbohydrate disease.
It's the processed carbs that are killing us, not the meat.

Eating six rashers of bacon, three sausages or a seven ounce steak every day 'raises your risk of an early death'

A rasher of bacon used to mean three slices, while a regular order was two.
Their rasher picture shows about 8 slices, tops, and should be 18.
Their 3 sausage picture shows 11.
Their 1 steak picture shows 1.5 steaks.
Their 10 slices of ham picture shows 5.
Their lead guy on the 22 year study is 30.
Fake news.

I definitely don't eat that much red meat most days.

I'm not sure what's worse:

You’ll get downvoted, but no one will refute you.
That study lacks so much data and perspective that it’s laughable. It’s why you have to do your own research and not get swayed by every study that comes along. There is a study saying every food is both harmful and healthy.
The combination of too much protein with a high carb/sugar diet is unhealthy. The simple carbs and sugar are unhealthy and create an environment that makes the breakdown of the proteins in many meats inflammatory and toxic.
When you remove carbs and sugar and replace them with healthy fat, all of a sudden meat consumption no longer causes all these bad outcomes. It proves that meat isn’t the culprit.
I don’t recommend that much meat, though, and red meat should be grass fed. There is a lot of bs you can put in your body through poorly raised / processed meat. Eating clean, nutrient dense, minimally processed whole foods should always be the goal, o matter what diet a person follows.

Yeah but bacon taste good, sausage taste good, ham taste good, pork chops taste good, steak taste good.

My uncle ate a package of bacon every morning and chain smoked. He died 3 days before his 103rd birthday in his truck as he was about to drive to town. He wasn't a soy boy that would throw up if they got a piece of meat in their soup.

And it's not called 'bacon'.
The proper term is 'meat candy'.

Probably.
Y'all should all Watch the documentary Sugar Coated. It was on Netflix. Not sure if it's still there.
