Most studies are. They are pumped out to satisfy research grants and pay salaries, that their conclusions are nearly impossible to replicate and hinge on shoddy assumptions isn't much of a concern.

i had a heart attack in January.

and while i do have to at least somewhat change my diet, i was told by the cardiologist that heredity and smoking played a much larger part than my diet did. so i’m still eating red meats and bacon.

Smoking? Definitely an issue. I’d still clean that diet up some.
