I'm down about 15 pounds. Could have stood to lose 5-7 but the other 8-10 is due to not having an adequate home gym setup and losing muscle mass.

Gyms are going to be packed when they open back up

Lost 4 but in a good way. Really glad I spent my fantasy football winnings on a power rack and 500 lbs of bumper weights for the garage late last year.

ETA: tried to add to my equipment but normal sized dumbbells are harder to find than toilet paper these days. It’s either 5 lbs or 140 lbs that are available.

I'm probably about the same. I almost never get out of the 148-155 range. Willing to bet that I'm still in that zone.

Up 5-6 from laziness, not working out, over snacking and eating everything in the fridge.

At work, I don’t have extra food or any snacks so it’s a much better place to avoid additional calories.

Starting a better routine in the am.

Yes - Due to the Rona and all the rain last month I was stuck in the house, gained about 15 lbs.

Drank beer nearly every day and was eating too much.

Started a new workout plan yesterday to get back to pre Rona shape

Any muscle that I’ve lost, I’ve more than made up for in fat. So I’m good.

Lost about 15-18 lbs but put most of it back on in last week or so. Really increased running and biking. Peaked at 56 miles run the week I was leanest. Cut back cardio a little and doing more weight training but other than a couple of bad eating days dont know how I gained back 11 lbs in little over a week. Oh well, I know I'm healthier. No more fast food lunch on work days and more time to work out has really helped.

Both. Right now I might be 2-3 pounds on the gain side.

Same here. Increasing my mileage and running frequency has helped.
