Gained 5 then lost 20, then tested positive and gained 5 back. I’m worried it won’t stop

Good for yall losing weight. My fat arse unfortunately got lazy and gained about 12 pounds. Lost 2 pounds the past week and a half but I'm trying to get there.

Down 16.5% since early March. It’s the first time I’ve had visible abs since high school.

Lost. But replaced some with muscle so only about 5 lbs total.

I worked out pretty regularly before but without having places to bring the kids I work out pretty hard about 6 days a week now in garage. Biggest difference is those 1-2 days I would’ve said frick it before covid I go in and get at least a hard 25-35 minutes of cardio now.

Have a treadmill, airdyne bike, heavy bag, and squat rack with bench and about 400 lbs of free weights. Just did my fastest 2 mile sprint since Senior year at Brother Martin which was in 99

I've been fluctuating between 195-210. If I don't eat enough, I lose weight very easily. I think my body wants me to be at 180 or 185 based on metabolism.

Does it make you hungry or something?

I always thought the only perk of being sick was the weight you lose feeling too crappy to eat.

I’m furloughed right now, so did a good job of exercising every day. Now I feel groggy can’t go anywhere and sit at home all day. I eat out of boredom

Up 85 pounds. Eating terrible and drinking every night and smoking a two packs of Marlboros a day.
