Been in Papal Audience w/ JP2 and Benedict.

I was about 6 feet from Bush, the Elder. It was in N.O. in 1987. He shook all of the black folks hands, then gave me a nod as he walked by.

I once met Joe Frazier after I was introduced he reached out to shake my hand and I kinda shook my head no, I could see the puzzlement in his eyes, then I said "no", as I stuck out my left hand, "I want to shake the hand that put Ali on the canvas". He got the biggest kid at Christmas smile on his face and for the next few minutes, anyone looking on would have thought we were life long friends.

I shook hands with GWB when he was running for Governor. He was campaigning in my town and my dad was a part of the RNC.
He was cool. We talked about the Rangers and Nolan Ryan a lot and when all these adults were wanting his attention and to grease his wheels, he sat and chatted with me for about 20 minutes.
One of the cooler things I remember from my childhood. Not my favorite president but he’s pretty universally known as a nice guy.

I've met and shaken the hand of one POTUS. Bush.
I'd love to meet Donald Trump, the man is charismatic and would be entertaining.
I would like to have met Bill Clinton in the 90s and drank with him for one night. Not party with him, as I can't snort copious amounts of cocaine.
