I have never had to. I truly thank God that I have a GF that takes care of herself.

Her sister on the other hand.... She has gained 100 lbs in a year and does not give a shite. I'm talking fast food every day for multiple meals, and never even a thought about working out. I could't imagine looking in the mirror and being okay with such rapid weight gain, and not doing a thing about it.

If you have, how did it go over? Did it work?

When my bride asks if certain clothes make her look fat I tell her it's the fat that makes her look fat

No, I'm not stupid.

The wife had some extra pounds after both kids, but lost them a few months afterwards both times.

frick no! Both because I'm not a dumbass and because my wife is really hard on herself about that....which I guess is much better than apathy

No, she's kept herself in good shape. I could stand to lose 30 pounds to start.

My wife and I have agreed we'd tell one another if we started gaining too much weight. We started looking soft so we started a 3 day/week lifting routine

Never told the mother of my child that, no. Now, the mistress? We had an understanding.

just sneak some eye drops in her dinner every couple weeks. All the puking and diarrhea should shed 5-10 lbs off her
