Yep, over 20 years ago, when I was at a friend of a friend's house, who I had met a couple of times previously.

He was standing at the end of the hallway and called my name - I look up and see the barrel of a .44 pointed at me (I think that's the model it was).

Turns out he was just "kidding", and he was totally sober. Never liked guns to begin with, but something like that puts the nail in the coffin.

Why hell no, don't be ridiculous, I'm not OJ.

It was a home invasion. I've posted about it before.

Not in my face, but at me and about a dozen other friends.

If you have ever been up to Deals Gap, you know some motorcyclists and car enthusiasts treat it as a race track. I did a lot of this when I lived extremely close to it. Not so much anymore since I moved further away and had a kid. Not as keen to run that type of risk anymore.

Well sitting at the dam overlook one evening with some other local buddies, a Chrysler 300 pulled up and a guy got out and walked up to us. Dude pulled out a handgun and started pointing it at all of us yelling at the top of his lungs that he would shoot any mother fricker that dared to pass him. He pretty much got back in his car and continued towards Deals Gap.

Well we gave it a minute and passed him anyway. Not sure if he was doing anything in his car when we passed him. I was pretty concentrated on the road because of the pace I was riding. I think someone got his plate and passed it on to some cop friends that paid that guy a visit.

No, but I've had a knife pulled on me, causing me to point a gun at someone else's face

Yes, twice.

Once was a scared woman who I got settled down. (I was at the wrong house)

The second time was at a juke joint in Picayune when I stopped a fella beating on a gal I went to HS with. Big mistake, he pulled a 12 gauge outta the back seat. I backed up and he fired it at/over my head.
That POS is dead now, good riddance.

Turns out he had beat on her regular and she kept going back.

There's a lesson there, boys.

No one ever stuck one in my face but three times when I was driving, I had guns pulled on me.

Once in high school by a guy who heard I had been with his cousin. He called me to his car and was holding against his chest. I lied and said those people that told him that lied to him.

Twice cops have pulled them on me.

Once on in front of the Taylor Publishing on Mockingbird in Dallas. He lit me up and hit his siren. I pulled over in the first parking lot I came to and got out of my car. He drew down on me and told me to get back in the car and put my hands out the window. I was a dumb country bumkin that had never been stopped by a cop I didn't know. Haven't gotten out of the car since.

The second time was at Northwest Hwy and the Dallas Tollway. He lit me up and I pulled off on the entrance ramp to the Tollway. stopped and killed my engine. When the doors are closed, that car's alarm set itself after so long. I heard it set itself so I clicked the remote to cut of the alarm. He thought I was about to crank and run so he jumps out with his gun pulled and told me to put my keys on top of the car.

Teach your daughter to marry a nerd.
Seriously though, fathers need to take care of their daughters so scum like that can't/doesn't have a shot.

Yes I have. Broad daylight on the corner of Fountainbleu, Napoleon and Broad. Approx 1978. A 12 year old had the gun and his buddies surrounded me with 2 x 4's. I gave them my purse and the left. I had PTSD for about 2 years after that.

No,more like pointed to my chest, by a cop. The place I was working had a silent alarm. The alarm was triggered, none of us knew. I went make coffee. I walked out of the break room with coffee in hand to find a cop drawing his gun on me.

She knows how to shoot, and she's a fair shot.

Her favorite is my Dad's NOPD .38.

Yes, two guns at the same time, by two thugs... Left round marks in my forehead from where they pressed the barrels. Mid-2000's, on Bluebonnet near the mall. And is the sole reason I carry everywhere today.

Put the butt on ground, stood over and pulled trigger. I turned eyes when I realized what she was about to do. It was about 5 seconds after I saw her put butt and turned eyes to get away I heard her shoot. Big girl, she was a normal pickup for us.

Yes. I got lured to a house to "smoke a blunt" with a friend and some of his boys(who were all brothers from South Central Los Angeles) and ended up having a 38 special pointed in my face by my dudes friend for knowing more than I should have about a robbery.

They made it clear what would happen if I ever spoke about it to anyone. This is the first time I've ever talked about it since honestly. Happened around 7 years ago
