There have been times I have been really stressed out, but a few years ago I was under a lot of stress and it felt like I was getting sick more, felt weak, etc. During that time I started to learn a lot more about stress and was surprised to learn just how much it can affect us.

Yes. I have a broken molar from grinding my teeth so hard in my sleep from stress. Have to sleep with a mouthpiece in now.

I am manager for a project that is more than 6 months behind schedule. I have only taken one day off this entire year.

Nope. Life is too short to be that stressed out. I would end whatever is the cause of said stress.

Stress can really mess with your mind and body.

Just drink some beer and numb it

Stress can and will kill you.

It's caused me physical and mental illness..best to learn how to deal with the situation causing it, or it will deal you out.

I lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks shortly after a promotion early last year. Didn't sleep much and was sick for a while around then too.

The job still fricking sucks, but I've learned to eat and sleep every now and then.

When you get to that point you really need a script for sixty 5mg Diazepam. (Take as needed for stress) Also prayer and sauna.

Yes. I think most of us will at some point in time before it's our time.

Nope, but stress isn't something I've ever let bother me.

Patience is your best ally.

Old enough to realize it's called "life." When you get older you'll realize just how much it affects your physical health. When it happens you have to train your mind to go somewhere else.

Glad I don't have this attitude. I started a business that kicked arse for two years and sucked arse for the first 7 months of 2016. Things are finally picking up.
