10 days. A person inappropriately touched my small child and that person ended up in the hospital in pretty bad condition. This was 25 years ago. In August with no air. Other than that, it wasn't bad. Some of the guys had a nintendo and several games they were allowed to have. Time went by fast. Also, they allowed family to bring you food from anywhere anytime of day. Charges were thrown out and I was released. Officially have a clean record.

Good for you. Crazy that they even put you in for that if they really did touch your kid.

I did a couple weeks in Ada County jail (Boise). Was in just long enough to learn the politics and that I will never go back. If you are going in make sure you have some friends/family get money on your books for phone and commissary. Share your food and don't be a drama queen, nobody give a shite why you are there. Get some books do your chores like a man. Lastly, don't take shite from anybody otherwise you will be a constant target for harassment.

Hauled in by the cops as a juvenile for fighting.
Two DUIs, one under the influence of drugs.
Both before I was 23. I’m 45 now. So it’s been a while

Once. Wont say why, but it involved alcohol and a motor vehicle. And it was in early college days so sorry for partying, but the lesson was learned.

Your record isn't clean. All of your arrests still show up when a cop runs your name

A few times for underage drinking activities in Oxford, MS and Crestview, FL. Neither of those places had anything on spending the weekend in the Memphis juvenile detention center.

Anyone else remember when the poster Sunhog flew from California to Fayetville for an Arkansas football game and ended up in jail with his name and photo in the paper?

Maybe in most instances.

Not mine.

5 days. They were the 5 most boring days of my life. I played a lot of cards, did crossword puzzles, and watched more Sons of Anarchy than I ever cared to. It was county, so didn't see any fights. Will never go back.

Yes. Guy followed me out of a club and grabbed my arm from behind. I was standing over him when the lights came flashing and I just put my hands up. I knew I was taking a ride.

Spent overnight in a cell. Not a terrible experience but a learning one

Yes
I ran a stop sign at SELU and a friend told me his dad could take care of it
5 years later I get over doing 70 in a construction zone (55) and when he ran my info I had a bench warrant. Dude wouldn't let it go and arrested me, I spent a night in jail and a week later the judge removed it from my record because I paid the ticket.

No. I screwed around and landed in juvenile hall for a few months when I was a minor. That was enough to teach me that I never wanted to experience the grown up version.

In Alaska there isn't many jails. You get arresting in one of the cities, you go to prison.
