Yeah my brother was addicted to herion, begged me for help. Was as his wits end. I pulled every type of string to get him into a great FREE rehab facility. He did a 3 day detox and didn't go. PISSED ME OFF

When I was in middle school I got my hands on an unedited Eminem album. My cousin had the edited version. He came in to town and swapped them. I never trusted the little dipshit after that incident.

This didn't happen because no lawyer would do it. If your grandma had alzeihmers she wasn't able to agree to a contract, and no lawyer would have ammended the will.

If you are going to make shite up at least make it believable. It took me about half a second to realize it was BS.
I guess you are assuming she had Alzheimer's stamped on her forehead. That's not how it works.

Yes.

My grandparents had savings accounts for my brother and I that they set up when we were newborns. When they passed away, which was about 3 weeks apart, I asked my dad if I could have the money they put up for me. My dad said it didn't exist because they had to spend it years ago. He even showed my my grandfather's will and there was nothing in there with my name on it. Unbeknownst to me, my grandmother had a separate will and that's where the accounts where listed. It was about 13 years later when I discovered the other will and realized they'd lied and cashed out the CD's. We never much talked again after that.

My mom’s aunt died. She had no children so she left everything to her nieces and nephews. Since my mom had died she split my moms share between me and my brother. Years later we learned she had around $200,000 in savings bonds that weren’t included in her estate. She had one of her nephews on the bonds as a secondary, so he never said a word and kept all of it.

You want to bet? I was told that my aunt brought her to their lawyer (a friend of the family) and that she pleaded with my grandmother to go in and sign the papers. That is what I was told. Maybe she signed not knowing what happened, but it absolutely happened.

Why the frick would I make that up?

Seriously, how are you going to say I am making this story up? I wouldn't want something like that to happen to me so why would I make it up?

My aunt has always been kind of shady. When I was younger, her husband's dad was really sick they all of a sudden moved him into their house.. Without discussing it with her husband's siblings.. and I remember hearing my dad make the comment "I am sure she is trying to make a case as to why they should get more than the others". Now that I think about it.. I am not sure if he said that just knowing how she is.. Or if he didn't have a will.. But they think their son in law is god.. And if he told them he had a sure thing for them to invest in, it is no surprise at all that they would have found a way to get their hands on ever cent they could have..

Recently found out that when my wife was 19 her mother convinced her to sign over power of attorney over a bunch of agriculture land she owns. For years my mother in law has been collecting money from crop harvest and lease payments owed to my wife

Why doesn't your wife revoke the POA and see if she can go after her mother for the money she's been collecting?
