I had a friend who inherited their moms house, the will was made years before the mom died. The will was made years before the mom died. But because she went into a nursing home 6 months after she signed it, somehow it made her mentally incapable of making that division. Like 7 years later they are still going to court with siblings over a little old cabin on about 3/4s of a acre.
