To those of you unfamiliar with the area I can’t emphasize enough how awesome this is. It’s part wildlife preserve, part illegal dumping ground, and part one of the most dangerous areas in the city of New Orleans.
Proximo going out there at night is one of the most amazing acts I’ve seen on the OT. He’s got way bigger balls than me. I was happy to help search but I didn’t have it in me to stay there at night
Also big props to the poster who got the drone out there (name is escaping me) that was awesome.
ETA: and of course pandy for starting this entire search.

What did I miss? I didn’t follow the thread but it sounds like the OT showing their better angels and doing good.
ETA: just skimmed. Man, for the most part other than the same crew Of shitbags, the OT is consistently awesome. Sure, y’all may be rough around the edges but when shite goes down and people need help, y’all come out and do the work.

I followed this thread since you started it and it was one of the most captivating threads I've seen because it was live and this dog was in great danger. I'm really happy Rico was found and is ok. This was pretty amazing. Thanks to everyone who put forth effort to help find this dog.
