Found a copy in my grandpa's house after he died. He and grandma had written notes in the margins on several pages. Found in the same box of some old Polaroid nudes of my grandma. Mom was mortified and destroyed them all I'm pretty sure.

We had a copy.
Took it to a company Christmas Party where when it is your turn you can take someone’s gift and give them yours.
The oldest couple (probably ~ 70) in the room ended up w/ it. His reaction when he got that book was hilarious.
