Downvote seat, but chasing strange will not fix that. It will take Time. Hang with your boys, go on some trips, go fishing, go to church, and enjoy your life.
Thank God it happened now and not after engagement, marrriage or kids.

Breathe deeply.

Put your attention on other things.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive her.

Write down her issues.
Consider if any of it is about you. Be vulnerable and take feedback.

You will get plenty of chAnces because you will repeating until you grow beyond your current vibration.
Take a course.
Love more.

I can GURANTEE you, you will do better looks wise and find someone better.

You were saved a lot of pain by her dumping you. What pain? I don’t know. But I know you were. That’s how life works.

Just remember, whatever you think about your situation, YOU’RE RIGHT!

Think positive and don’t go down that slippery slope of the ‘poor me’s.’

You got this.

It’s her loss. You’ll see in time. Be patient

They’re like parking spots. There’s another one out there, maybe even a better one. Keep circling the lot.

I'm in my late 20s. I guess that's late to have your first heartbreak. I've never felt this kind of pain before.

Delete and block any social media accounts that you can see her activity. That shite will drive you crazy. Make sure she can’t see anything you are doing either. You are at your prime male whore age. Get out there and enjoy life. Especially if you don’t have kids.

Shockingly, this thread has been pretty helpful so far. Thanks guys.

I won't post pictures of her because I respect her.

She called it off because certain certain aspects of our personalities were so different that it was creating small problems that could be big problems in the future.

She also has serious trust issues because of some of her past experiences and that played a role.

Yeah, it sucks. Probably the worst thing about it was having absolutely no idea what to do with myself for about 6 months. It’ll suck for a while but you’ll get over it. I ran through some randoms but it didn’t help much, I usually make up an excuse to get them out of my house or get myself out of theirs as soon as I can.

Isn't that what always happens? All of all our problems are all destined for Florida.

Have you displayed any behavior that triggers these serious trust issues?

It does take time grieve the loss and move beyond it. My wife of 27 years left the kids and me to go find another life. That was almost 11 years ago. I had to finish getting the kids out on their own and then dealt with my own emotions and future plans. The kids came first.

I state all of that to tell you the following:

A.) Be thankful you did not have too much invested in the relationship.

B.) Women seem to be able to break off a relationship and walk away from it easier than men. Oddly, they can either wake up one morning and end it or they can take some time (stealing some of your money) to plan their exit.

C.) Flip side, a female has some options ..... for a while. They have the pussy and can have sex whenever and wherever they want. However, there will come a time that the warranty expires, she hits the wall and finds herself with few if any wanting her anymore. Meanwhile, if we're smart, we accumulate power and money .... and with that new pussy will show up.

D.) Everyone has their secrets. The person you are sharing a bed with lets you know only what they want you to know.

E.) It seems that when females flip the switch, it's flipped for good.

F.) Most females are moody and crazy. The only issue is the degree,

G.) There is more pussy out there. You need to take a little time to settle down and then go hunting. Only gun you'll need is the one between your legs.

F.) Some relationships have less of a shelf life than others. Be glad it happened now and not after you two became legally entwined with a couple of rug rats.

G.) If you want the relationship to work and she doesn't, then no matter what you do, it won't work.

H.) She may have panicked and was scared she was hitting the gas pedal too hard, or she may have been attracted to someone else. Either way, she is indecisive and you don't want that. Either of these speak more about her than you.

I.) In time, there will be happiness again, and you will find it. Just don't try to force a square peg into a round hole on a relationship. Keep in mind, that your happiness and success are your best revenge.

J.) If she tries to come back, whatever the hell you do, DON'T LET HER BACK INTO YOUR LIFE! Remember the proverb that "once the toilet paper is soiled it is almost impossible to clean."

K.) Spend more time with your friends. When you get into another relationship, keep those friends no matter what. You never know when one of them will need you to have their back or you needing them to have yours.

L.) No matter how bad things are right now, things will eventually be ok.
