are you sure you're following your logic with this post:

"Dude wants to wear a ring at all times"
"He Must be paranoid and have some need to let everyone know he's married"

Have you not figured out I've been fricking with you the entire time??

While, I do think a rubber band ring is dumb for your original reasoning. It's still your damn choice and why people come here for approval on life choices is beyond me.

Just get a tattoo like pretty much every craftsman/laborer that doesn't want their fingers ripped off.

What the hell are you guys doing fishing that you need to take your ring off?

I have a tungsten carbide ring and it's been on my finger pretty much 24/7 since the day my wife put it on me.
I've worked out in it. I've done a good bit of building, using hammers, saws, etc with it on. I've chopped wood with it on. I've used a post driver many a times with it on. busted up concrete with a jack hammer and also with a maul with it on. Played golf, played basketball. No problems doing any of that.
The only thing i've ever done that i had to take it off was hitting a baseball. that stung like a mother.

This is coming from someone that has never worn a watch or any other type of jewelry after the age of about 12.

I paid $50 for mine, and i got three of them b/c i was sure i'd lose them, which i have not b/c i never take it off.

I wear a Qalo, no problems here. I wear it all the time, including when I work out.

It is nice if you work with your hands and don't want a finger ripped off.

.. Nice deflection.. But your OP never actually was asking that question. Plus your thread was to gauge response of who's actually wearing one. 99.9% of these threads are really more or less to see how many people are going to tell you its ridiculous or trashy ( which is shocking that no one even said that)

i forget to put mine back on. It really upsets the wife, and I end up not wearing a ring. But I have issues with things touching me, and she knows it.

I really only wear my wedding ring for special occasions because I am in and out of plants and mines weekly, and I do not like the idea of leaving it in the hotel room when I am not there. My wife was leery at first but hasn't mentioned anything about it after she wsa shown some de-gloving pictures that we used for our safety training. My wedding ring was my grandfathers and I do not want to mess it up or lose it. Plus being left handed, it sucks when you have to right alot while wearing the ring.
