Has anyone done Hemorrhoidectomy before?

I’m scheduled for one next week.
I was talking to the surgeon asking him for which state-of-the-art instrumentation he’ll be using. He said just his knives and scalpel.
Also have colonoscopy and endoscopy tomorrow. Trying to empty out before the procedure.

Ah, nothing has ever made me laugh like the recovery room on colonoscopy day. The air they fill you with must come back out.

I had one in 2001. Everyone told me the first time that you go to the bathroom it would be like passing shredded tin cans. They were wrong!

I had one. It is a relatively quick procedure/surgery. Your first bowl movement isnt that bad. Make sure you eat fibrous foods and drink a lot of water. You will have some muscle spasms but nothing you cannot tolerate. They will eventually go away. Good luck.

Had a MASSIVE wood last time (also first time) and I was really constricted in the bed and very uncomfortable... without knowing the was a nurse in there, I pulled all the sheets off me as I came to... when I did that, I pulled the gown over as well, and the nurse (100% milf) saw all my glory (probably impressed)... she kept telling me to roll over and fart, but I couldn't... I finally rolled over and farted and she sent me on my way
30 mins later on the ride home, I had the most epic fart of all time... probably 10-12 seconds of the most guttural/violent fart known to man
Still doped up on meds, had a chicken club w/onion rings, and an order of spin dip after.. and passed out for 18 hour after

I had one last August. It wasn't fun but it also wasn't the end of the world. You'll be fine. After a few days you'll feel better than what you do right now.
