Uncle Jack and Janky Rob on KATC at 6 pm said between midnight and 3 am this morning we'll get strong storms.

Kingwood is pretty flooded. I live in Atascocita and the bridge to get into Kingwood is blocked off by police.
I walked across the bridge this morning. Water was pouring into the kings cove area from the golf neighborhood across w. Lake Houston.

What neighborhood are you in? Mom's house is high and dry but wondering if this lake situation will affect her.

Exxon Baytown was shut down yesterday and BP? Do you mention Texas City? That is run by Marathon now and I haven't heard if they have shut down, but I'd imagine so. Shell Deer Park is down.

This is NOT good............

Marathon runs the Galveston bay refinery which is the old BP. They also run a smaller one in Texas city. If those are down with deer park that's a good bit of production lost.

I work for Shell and Deer Park is definitely offline.
