It's been bad in Fall Creek the last hour. Water rising faster into the yard and up the driveway.

Another sleepless night. Might be time to start moving upstairs.

It's been pouring for awhile here in the Spring/Klein area but kinda sounds like it's slowing down a little bit. Thankfully no major flooding worries as of now atleast in this neighborhood

ETA: Blue dot is the area I'm in. Just in case people were worried about others in the vicinity. Happy to help anyone close

Been getting hammered in Kingwood for the last hour. Lived through Betsy, Camille, Katrina, Rita, and Ike. Lived through several ridiculous rain events in Nola, Kenner, and Slidell, and Kingwood. But this shitshow called Harvey has to be the biggest, most relentless, Charlie Foxtrot of a storm I've ever experienced, and it's going to last for several more days. Wow!

Prayers to all who have flooded in greater Houston, and all who will, including all my friends and family along the entire coast in LA. And God Bless all who are able to help others in any capacity, be it manpower, money, and especially prayers.

Also, Keep in mind I am in central FL but will look at maps and past maps, along with drainage corridors, Where the rain is and was falling, then adding a lot of 2 plus 2.

The big rain that has been hitting your mom's house is about to back down a little but it is still raining north of there, bigly. This impedes the drainage. Any down time for drainage is a good thing though.

Dou you have a knife that you sterilized to cut the cord? Also, Sterilizing some string to tie off both sides before you cut it.

Might I suggest the Improved Clinch Knot? If that is too complicated can you tie a clove hitch?

I have looked for your update, hoping it was a fart, but have not seen it.

Good luck to you too.

Don't know if it was a fart, but she's still pregnant.
