I highly doubt she paid for that suite.

Either the Houston County office itself, or if that’s not allowed, probably her campaign funds.

This woman sounds like she is a bit unhinged. Story from Texas Monthly which does have a paywall but occasionally gives a freebie

She is incredibly mentally unwell. Like not in a joking manner. She's has the mind of a child.

She's even lost r/Houston at this point so you know it is bad.

There’s audio of this encounter on Twitter. She sounds drunk and manic. Even liberals on r/Houston are washing their hands of her.

I never understood how she won in the first place. I think she just rode the liberal AOC young Hispanic woman popularity wave.

Rode the Beto wave when she won the first election.

Barely won her second election but lots of cheating allegations.

Good joke.

But just to be clear, this is not her first rodeo:

Correct. She's been doing this since she got in office. Last year I got suite tickets in the Reliant suite for one of the concerts and she was in there with her beta (now ex) husband. She disappeared before the concert and I saw she posted pictures on the dirt. So she's clearly done this before. I assume people are just tired of her shite. Especially since she's about to go back to being a nobody since she is being forced out by the left because she's become unelectable.

She never had a real job before being elected so I assume this is all she has after her husband left. Now that she’s been tossed away from the dems she’s losing it. She constantly has public outbursts.

This is her to a T. Early in her career she was getting all kind of praise but once it actually came time to work she was proven to be an inept moron that even dems don't like so she cant handle it and just claims people are racist and hate women in power.

Holy shite. She's still spiraling. Trying to hide behind her guests when she didn’t secure the proper tickets ahead of time. So she thought she could just use do you know who I am and got embarrassed in front of her guests.

This is not only my story. It's the story of the parents of recently deceased First Sargeant David Saravia. And the story of a Harris County mayor and her two children. I just received some security footage and, as of now, we have not found any relevant footage. I just also received word that "the HLSR Executive Committee met earlier today and has voted to revoke your Ex-Officio Director status and its privileges. If you have questions about the video footage you received earlier today, please contact Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation."

Just listened to it. Definitely doesn't sound like a stable person. I read a little bit about her today and learned that she's 35, is not a lawyer (the "Judge" title threw me off since I'm not familiar with Harris County public official titles), she's going through a divorce because she cheated on her husband, and has used her time in office to fund international travel.

It's all very Latoya the Destroya' - esque.

On top of everything, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo board voted to revoke Judge Lina Hidalgo's ex officio title amid an ongoing feud.

EVERYONE is sick of her shite..

On Wednesday, Hidalgo told ABC13 that she had been "manhandled" by staff at the rodeo while trying to access the dirt floor to the sold-out Megan Moroney concert on Tuesday night. Rodeo officials told Eyewitness News they have no knowledge of any physical altercation but confirm that Hidalgo

It's worse than you can imagine. Lina Hidalgo is what happens when people vote straight democrat - lunatics get elected to a critically important office. On a good day Lina Hidalgo is a raging airhead.

The citizens of Harris County deserve better.

pretty sure she's not an actual "judge"

they use the term "judge" to refer to who is basically the chairperson of the city council or county commission

Am I? Say that shite to me once they elect the next dingbat. You put way too much faith in Harris County. Houston is lost. It's closer to Baltimore than it is to Dallas. We all know this.

you made a bigger fool of yourself in this thread than Lina did at the rodeo. This post is laughable at best.

In Texas, County Judge is akin to County CEO or President.

She is not lawyer nor does she operate in a courtroom.

Link to support your claims counselor?

You said "we all know this" and we are waiting for your facts. Should be easy to share your facts and evidence with the class, no?

If you’re from Louisiana, think of a county judge as a parish president. One of the weird things TX does labeling elected officials…kind of like rural LA parishes calling their council members “police juries”. Nothing to do with being a police officer.
