Some reasons for this could be that women’s restrooms get more use, women are more likely to bring germy children in with them, women need to dispose of sanitary napkins, and there may be more bacteria in women’s sinks because they wash their hands more often. Regardless, from a germ standpoint, men’s restrooms are by far the cleaner of the two.

From what I gather from the women I work with.....
Their bathrooms are disgusting because of the vile shite women do in there. They are always complaining how terrible it is.
I do not want to go where women shite.

I've been to a lot of clinics (3 kids who seem to enjoy rotating which one will be sick), and they normally only have the single restroom in the waiting area and another single restroom by the observation rooms.
Where I donate plasma has two restrooms, both single use.
I don't explore hospitals enough to know their restrooms setup. If this means multiple restrooms set up for many people, than this seems like a terrible idea. I would have hated it when I worked retail if we would have had to get rid of men's and women's restroom signs. But again our customers were pretty close to animals. Same for workers.

Harris County encompasses Houston including downtown etc. also, like plenty of liberal soccer moms live outside the city too.

I had a summer job working at the city parks in my hometown, and the women's bathroom after a travel ball tournament was always significantly worse than the mensroom.

It amazes me that hospitals, places of science that treats men and women differently based on their sex, do this shite. That fine facility I work for puts pt's preferred pronouns with the pt's profiles. We had a hard core lezbo who's pronouns were he/him that was admitted for uterine cancer.

While in college I worked for a reception hall, and we had to clean the bathrooms after parties. Women's bathrooms were always 10x's more disgusting than the men's.
I'm talking shite and used tampons on the floors. it was gross...

To be clear, are you referring to only the Harris County Hospital District hospitals? Not the others like Texas Children's, Methodist, Memorial Hermann, etc. ?

This isn't true any more. SO works in retail management. She uses the family bathroom. She says the women's restroom is disgusting - toilets clogged with paper, shite on the seat, etc.
