I stand corrected. My only source is a college bar where i worked and had to clean both. There, the men’s was vile and the women’s was clean by comparison. But there were no small children and very few “sanitary products”. ETA in a hospital i can only imagine the dirty diapers and pads that will now infiltrate the multi-gender bathrooms.

There are 2 openings with Men & Women above each side and when I went through the Men side there were women in there. I'm like WTF. Then I notice it was a joint wash area and as you continue back the actual bathrooms were separate.

Depends on the units. In our observation units all bathrooms are not distinguished but they’re all individual. Everywhere where there are multiple toilets it’s male or female. This includes the wings from the last 2 years. Palm beach county Florida.

This is very important for the discussion. If a person on the board is using their minority status to force changes that could have drastic impacts on the hospital, something needs to be done.
Nothing will be done; because you can't push back on issues like this without being labeled "ist". But something should. Hopefully when they get sued over an issue, it does not effect the care patients get at the hospital.

I always assumed folks went to a public bathroom to take a dump or a piss. Apparently folks are there to get a peek at someone else's plumbing. If you simply use them for their intended purposes there is no way to know who is in the stall next to you. The only people concerned are those who like to sneak a peek the sick bastards. Its a classic case of projecting one's own sick twisted world view onto everyone. A housecat is scared of its own shadow because it is a psychotic killer and assumes everything is. The same is true of a lot of people, not all, who are scared to shite next to a woman. They are all about getting a peek so they assume everyone is.

I try to avoid public bathrooms at all costs because they are nasty in general. It does not bother me in the least that the person shitting next to me is a woman or a man...I just hope the frick they don't start up a conversation. I am also a grown assed man who understands that grown women know I have a pecker and I stand up and piss in a urinal at times. I could care less if the room was full of women. Why people get so emotional over where they piss and shite is a mystery but a lot of it has to do with some of those people finding public restrooms somehow sexy in a sick demented sort of way. That is the only explanation for folks convinced that others are trying to get a glimpse of their plumbing.

Can confirm. Women are disgusting. We have some in our office that all I can say is “come on now….” when entering the restroom.

I never saw the all gender restrooms, but in the Netherlands, the female janitors will clean the bathrooms while men are in there.
It was weird peeing at a urinal while a woman was changing the trash bag next to me.

Just leave the seats up and don't flush. Women will start demanding separate bathrooms again.
