There isn’t even that much sugar in normal. Gatorade. If the taste is too sweet for you that is one thing but it isn’t at some crazy unhealthy level if you aren’t drinking 2-3 a day. And even then there are way worst options

Probably because I buy them all up when I see them. The grocery close to me was doing the 2 /$3 deal and I just buy all the zeros they have.

It’s because the resin used to make the caps comes from overseas, can’t get it. It will last at least into early next year.

yea only 34g per 20 oz, almost the same as a 12 oz coke and essentially same amount of calories as a coke.
yea it is that bad.
if you are not an athlete who needs to replinish electrolyte immediately then you do not need to be drinking them.
this is perfect example why the average US citizen is so fat.
