Yep. My dog usually won't bark until someone gets close to the house but when he starts he won't stop til it's all clear or I bring him in so I just bring him in and let him settle down for a bit and not annoy people.

I checked her facebook and I know/knew some of her friends. Let's just say WHITE TRASH.. people who are druggies and up to no good. I might have met her but I got out of that crowd years ago..

Her first mistake was sending texts to the owners asking them to do something about the dog. Now they're being used as evidence against her. Another neighbor could have shot the aggravating, yapping piece of shite, but she'd get the blame.
Mistake #2: The dog was just being a dog. She should have shot the a-hole owner who refused to control their yapping mutt.
And WTF?!? The Sheriff feels compelled to hold a press conference about this? Jesus H. Christ on a Popsicle stick! Joe Loointo is desperate for publicity!

Ms. Folse was also an attending vet and active volunteer at ARNO, the no kill dog shelter in Elmwood. It’s so bizarre how she could have done this. Big time drug use is the only explanation that would come close.
