I been hearing some inside info i cant reveal and a lot doesn't add up. No gun was found, no witnesses to who shot the dog, and a vet with no history of violence and volunteers for arno. I hope the jeff parish police dept has more proof than a couple texts cuz otherwise this looks like a publicity stunt to reelect lopinto. I mean seriously, a press conference??? She played vball at coconut a lot and was nothing but nice. Obviously people can snap and def all points to her, but im curious to see how this plays out.

And no im not friends with her or a relative.

Looked for this story on reddit. When searching found link for story where former Army Private, that got administratively discharged about a year ago, had a service dog. She was dating a guy on active duty.

They film going out, tie dog to tree, and she shoots it 5 times. Then the bf says he wants to do that so he shoots it five times. Then she buries it and say's "goodbye" to him. On her FB she writes how she's sorry he has to go away.

Both of them get arrested for this. She allegedly kills herself a few days later after posting bail. She was found dead by some of her friends. Suicide suspected.

Her lawyer is just doing what any decent lawyer would do. Lopinto does a presser, so Garrity is doing damage control.

If she didn't confess and there's no surveillance cams at the school or homes in the neighborhood that might have picked up the shooting, she'll probably get off. They don't have the gun and the bullet fragmented, so I'm not sure what they can confirm in the ballistics lab.

The craziest part is that she'll then sure Scott Abadie for wrongful dismissal/termination, slander, defamation of character and/or some shite, and probably win.

Yea i agree with ya post white roach. Apparently in the article, garrity turned in folse's gun to the police, but like you said the ballistics on a fragmented bullet are gonna be hard to link. I really would love to know what the police dept have on her. Its crazy this went viral on yahoo and stuff. If this girl is innocent, she about to get paid.

I doubt she's actually innocent, I just don't think they'll be able to find her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt if they don't have any witnesses or physical evidence.

Apparently, there was a long running dispute about the dog barking. If that hadn't been happening, she would never have been arrested. Lopinto said it was text messages, but he may have been wrong about that. It might have been a Facebook feud. Whatever the case, a judge signed a warrant, so I assume there was some probable cause to search her house. If the warrant was bad, all the evidence will get tossed, which will take care of her drug charges.

Garrity says people in the school pickup line should have heard the shot, but that's bullshite too. Mom is in the car, with the a/c running, listening to the radio and talking on the phone. She's not hearing shite.

I don't think it's been determined what caliber weapon was used to shoot the dog. If it was shot with a subsonic .22, you wouldn't likely hear that. There are also ways to suppress a regular .22 that keep it pretty quiet.

I think many of us have been there. I have a neighbor who has a little fkn yapper that he leaves on a chain all night n day. That shite gets old when youve worked 12-16 hours and are trying to sleep.

Agreed. I go to a friends house often for big get together. Page fence all around. The neighbor has a shitty mutt and a shepherd. The police have been called when the shepherd got out. The problem is the other dog. Doesn’t stop barking. Mean as shite. He’s ruined this other dog. Both living in mud. I have no doubt he would attack if he gets out. Summbitch would find himself in bayou Lafourche.

One thing i don't get is the x-ray shows the bullet went straight through the top of the dog's skull and exited mouth. Now she is either a hell of a shot or that dog knew the killer to allow someone get that close for a damn near perfect shot. I seriously doubt the dog stayed still for the girl accused if its such a nuisance like the shooter claims. But who knows

The article said the dog had her cornered in her boat at one time in the past. I seriously doubt she’s getting close enough to that dog to tap it once in the skull. Especially if it was in their backyard at the time it was shot.

This story stunk from the get go. I don’t think she did it. She’s not going to shoot that dog if she wanted it dead, which I doubt is something she even wanted in the first place. If you want a dog to die, you slip a large dose of rat poison in a burger pattie and nobody has a fricking clue.
