Handicap Parking Violations

I hate needing to use a cane or walker to get to doctor appointments, shop, or go out to eat. It is even worse when I have to park then see that the vehicles in the HC spots do not have legit hangtags.
LE does not care, when was the last time you saw a car towed? Many times, if no close spots are available, I just have to go home.
I hope these asshats burn in hell.

I was trying not to go there, but a huge arse must be a new standard. Altimas are over-represented.
