Apparently I am an Xennial. I hired a Millennial who is awesome at his job. Thank god, because I have people who walk around the office with their phones held up to their face, they can't leave their desk without the phone. And they are in their late 30's.

Who came up with participation trophies? It couldn't have been the millennials as they were the ones receiving them as kids.
Also who are the ones that are offering these useless degrees at colleges that most can't get a job outside of teaching (at maximum profits)? It can't be millennials as they are the ones who are taking these majors.
Who are the ones running this country, spending billions of dollars on a weapons deal with Saudi Arabia? It can't be the millenials, as they aren't this corrupt just yet (maybe they will be when they are an old fart too).
