shite. I just rewatched S1E1 It ends with "start asking the right fricking questions" D'oh
Yep. I kept focusing on that in this episode. But I also re-watched season 1 like a month ago....
Oh God. Please don't mention GOT. some of us are still mourning....
Dyatlov pass is probably the biggest one ...
I am in complete agreement with you here. The payoff better be worth it and not just random references....
Ehhh, personally I thought it was overrated. Not bad. Just don't think it lives up to the hype people give it. I didn't really care about the two main characters in it. And I think people just remember the Darth Vader scene at the end as the definition of the film. And while that scene was awesome, ...
I definitely got a The Thing vibe from that shot. Obviously, the reference to the thing hasn't been super subtle. The question is... How did he survive? Was it the cellular degeneration stuff that the geology teacher was talking about?...
So you DIDN'T watch Daredevil on Netflix. Thanks.
So you're an idiot. Thanks....
The question was about a staunchly Catholic Matt Murdock. Not specifically about the Matt Murdock from the original series. My statement still stands....
Yeah, but wasn't it funny when the staunchly Catholic Matt Murdock was made to do the walk of shame by She-Hulk writers?!?!!
Have you not met any actual "staunchly Catholic" people?...
Through it all, the company eschewed the traditional TV-making model. It didn’t commission pilots but instead shot entire $150 million-plus seasons of TV on the fly. It didn’t hire showrunners, but instead depended on film executives to run its series. And as Marvel does for its movies, it re...
I'd also add Thor love and thunder to that list, but I'm sure some of you would find some way to call it woke cause it has women in it or some crap....
It doesn't have anything to do with "current things." It's because the writing has sucked. Secret invasion sucked. And it wasn't about "current things" or "wokeness" or whatever excuse people make these days. Keep that shite in the poli thread where it belongs. The reason why marvel has sucked recent...

My only beef with Hamsterdam was how the hell it was kept out of the media for so long. Agreed on this. fricking Herc's litle tattletail arse....

I disagree about Hamsterdam. To each their own. But I thought it was a great commentary on the drug war, the violence resulting from it, and the public health measures that could address it. As others said, Bunny Colin was ahead of his time. Man invented a brown bag for illegal drugs ....

Rewatch of The Wire

So I did a rewatch about a month ago, damn this show is so damn great. It's among my top 2. Breaking bad is up there as well. Don't care to figure out which I like more. A few observations. The first time I saw season 5 was 6 years after watching the first four. Upon rewatch that season is a litt...
Its the weirdest, most fascinating phenomenon of how these weirdos have turned on Desantis.
Is it? Is it really? We saw this coming from miles away....
Damn. If only millions of people could have told MAGA's that he was a grifter....
