Ehhh, personally I thought it was overrated. Not bad. Just don't think it lives up to the hype people give it. I didn't really care about the two main characters in it. And I think people just remember the Darth Vader scene at the end as the definition of the film. And while that scene was awesome, ...

I definitely got a The Thing vibe from that shot. Obviously, the reference to the thing hasn't been super subtle.

I disagree about Hamsterdam. To each their own. But I thought it was a great commentary on the drug war, the violence resulting from it, and the public health measures that could address it. As others said, Bunny Colin was ahead of his time. Man invented a brown bag for illegal drugs ....

So I did a rewatch about a month ago, damn this show is so damn great. It's among my top 2. Breaking bad is up there as well. Don't care to figure out which I like more.
