If he is still out there, walk out with your phone up to your ear and tell him your lawyer needs his name. If he tells you his name, repeat it into the phone, listen a second, look back at him and start laughing your arse off like your lawyer just told you something degrading about him. Then say into the phone, "I don't know, about 5' 6" I guess".

Then look over his shoulder and point to him and holler "This is him". When he turns around to look, ball whack him and tell him that is just so he remembers for next time. Then go enjoy some breakfast.l

I’m pretty sure LC City Marshals cannot arrest you. Same goes for Baker if any of you get pulled over by one. Call the actual police and tell them about it.
