This is a true statement. I will not seriously date anyone 32+ until I decide kids are off the table. I'm mid-40s, so if I have children, I want them to be healthy, the mother to be healthy, and she needs to be young enough to have the energy for child rearing that I might not have at times. I'm in better shape than 99.9% of men in their early 20s, but I'm not going to pretend that raising kids would be easy.
My thought process is neither mean nor selfish. Men and women are on different timelines and I didn't make the rules. It's reality and more people (women) should accept it/go along with it instead of fighting it and/or being mad about it.

I’m not saying women should be able to walk out on their marriage because of some bullshite reasons and then get to demand money of the husband they left. That was always a stupid thing.
I’m saying that if you create a situation in which men can easily walk out on their marriages and not have to continue supporting their wives, then reasonable women will believe they need to be self-sufficient.
I’ll let someone else type out the problems that flow from that situation.

Cost them thousands of dollars and close to two years in the process.

Modern women get an education undreamed of by their ancestors but somehow miss out on basic common sense about their own biological reality that was known by everyone until about sixty years ago.
