I'd fight that hospital staff.
With proper PPE, of course.

Yea, 2 minutes of my life is all I’m giving someone of that IQ level. He’s really starting to annoy me.

As much as people want to be hyper-vigilant, you would literally have to oppose the entire concept of civil liberty to be against this guy’s stance, no matter how much of a douche he is.
He has a clear cut legal case against the hospital, unless they have information that we don’t that this man was suffering a psychotic episode and was a potential harm to himself.

You think that’s bad? You should have been around earlier. Had some baws on here starting threads about wanting to shoot and kill someone in public if they were coughing.

Completely irrational response to a situation they don’t, or can’t, understand.

That was a cop. Maybe he's an inmate at a local jail.

Scruffy is stupid and wrong if he was was an inmate or detained. Notice the cop and body cam?

He must have a diagnosed psych condition. Apparently according to comments he called the ambulance to bring him there.
Otherwise, they either offer treatment and he gets it or they ask him to leave. Can’t imagine they tried to force any type of non psych test/ treatment on him. He’d be the owner of the hospital if thats the case

bullshite. His rights end when it can negatively affect someone else. This libertarian ideal of ‘I can do whatever I want’ is misguided and incorrect.

Look here. Your recent outing as being part of the 94 LSU football team won't excuse you from such slander.

Cop was probably called by med staff for security which they sometimes need to do for psych patients that get physical. I don’t think an inmate would have a phone

You may be a fancy MD but my brother worked 3 yrs at OLOL ER as RN since it's been ghetto and they definitely strap a mfer down to do shite like take blood and tests when cops are there. He's told me stories of crazy arse dudes throwing shite on them, punching them, etc.

They do say that the medical staff evaluated him and they don't think he's got the capacity to make medical decisions, Scruffster.
It sounds like he said some shite before he started recording that led the docs to believe he's not 100% there, but I have no idea what the minimum % there to be able to refuse treatment is.

Completely at hopsiccle discretion. If they give the PoPo the go ahead, he can wrap someone’s arse up under ‘safety’ for the staff. If the hospital staff says “not in my house” then police have to sit there until they have absolutely no choice to intervene. I’ve seen both.
