Scruffy, they asked him repeatedly what he wanted them to do for him and he replied "I want what y'all owe me. My fotty acuhs and a mule." I think the guy is is a little off his meds (since he was a kid according to him)

Ok, then bring on Marshall law. I always have hated the idea of that but we can’t let crazy idiots undermine the efforts to move on from this disaster. frick that guy and his ‘right’ to get other people sick.
