The “Cart Narc” guy is doing a bit for a radio show (The Woody Show), it’s actually quite an entertaining show, I listen to it while commuting to work. So when you say “get a life” he’s actually literally working.
He has a lot funnier videos, and plenty of people get pissed at him.

If I ever run for office, one of my main platforms will be to replace non violent drug offenders in prisons with assholes.
Jailable offenses for assholes would include (but not limited to):
Double parking
Poor shopping cart management
Driving slow in left lane
These things effect me more on a day to day basis than THC possession by some numbnuts.
These are punishable offenses. These should be enforced.

If you are too lazy to return a shopping cart to where it is supposed to go, and you insist on leaving it in a parking spot just to inconvenience another person, you should get an automatic six months in prison. Not jail. Prison.
