Pretty well documented.

It's also well documented that the 2nd Amendment applies to an individual civil right unconnected to any militia status so your entire point is worthless.

"They do have some weak management and their prices are already high. Problem is they can’t raise it more because the quality of the food isn’t to the level it would require to get the bad patrons out."

Don't need to raise the price of food. Raising the price of drinks would fix it.

Does the grip safety count? The trigger safety? You know proper holsters cover the trigger, and the trigger safety, right?

Sure, some sort of safety would count. Why wouldn't it?

Dumb witch should have been charged. Absolutely no reason for not making sure your weapon is secure. Especially in public.

Glocks have a "safety"...it's called "the trigger"..Standard pressure is 5.5 lbs of pull to make it go bang. I knew a Glock rep who used to drag a loaded gun behind his car when he called on police depts in the early day of conversion. that demonstrated the safety/reliability of the weapon. Other pistols, safety or not, do not go off until somebody pulls the trigger or slams the hammer against something. Accidental discharges are human error...maybe she had a "3-screw Ruger" and hit the table leg with it? (sarcasm).
And for what it's worth, when the situation arises for use, first response is a winner...second place does not exist.

This sounds to me like a setup. The constitutional carry up for votes and all of a sudden a gun just goes off?

When was the last time a "Gun just went off?"

I have been around guns for 50 years and know hundreds of people with guns never once heard of gun going off.

Heard of people with their finger on the trigger f#cking up.

Im all for the second amendment but im not for laws that don’t require owners to have a permit. I think that’s reckless. Too many stupid people out there who have zero regard for gun safety.

Careful, this is too logical for the crowd here.

Because the other 27 states that have Constitutional carry are awash with such shootings on an almost daily basis.

I used to have that good ole boy/conservative/ 2nd amendment mentality, but I'm actually coming around to the idea of this. Anyone who owns and/or operates a firearm should be trained by a competent professional. I was raised hunting, fishing, shooting, and archery. My father taught me how to handle firearms responsibly, but it wasn't until I joined the usmc when I really learned how to use a rifle/pistol properly. Funny enough it was all the good ole boys from the south (including myself), that struggled with training at first because we thought we already knew everything. Now when i'm around civilians (usually hunting scenarios) I always notice improper firearm etiquette. I don't like the idea of the gov't controlling anything, but I'd be willing to bet the majority of people (even legal gun owners) have no idea how to properly operate a firearm. Ok yall say its your right to own a firearm? Well then its also your duty to be competent and insure those around you are competent as well.

The trigger pull weight of most revolvers IS the safety.

And people should be, but as long as you're a law abiding citizen, it should not be a barrier to gun ownership. I wish people would educate themselves before they vote, but I'm not going to stop the ignorant masses from voting.

I've carried a Glock for 25 years and it's never once randomly gone off.. Granted I'm not retarded and a rresponsible gun owner So that might have something to do with it..

The safety is your trigger finger.

Always know where it is in relation to your loaded gun.
