So why did we have permit laws in the first place?

The same permit laws having massive issues in courts, and getting stuck down?

Also, the "well it was done like this before" argument is trash. Our nation has plenty of deep shite in its past that was required and/or legal.

I would encourage everyone to take classes, hell I'm looking into taking advanced classes before I carry concealed, but honest law abiding citizens should not be denied their rights.

Im all for the second amendment but im not for laws that don’t require owners to have a permit. I think that’s reckless. Too many stupid people out there who have zero regard for gun safety.

Careful, this is too logical for the crowd here.

Sounds like you didn't get your first amendment permit to post on TD. To the gulag with you.

Neither had we. Figured it would be a good place to sit on patio and watch the end of the LSU game. It definitely has a different clientele since the last time I’ve been there.

The people that shoot up our streets already have shown that they don't give a shite about your laws.

Single action revolver with hammer cocked? This is hard to do even in this scenario.

If I had to guess, Glock loose in the purse. Lipstick or something catches on the trigger just right.

Can I introduce you to drivers that are 35+ and have a "Student Driver" marker on their cars? None of those idiots are doing street takeovers, though.

I get what you’re saying in your post, but most of these people are parents of teenage drivers who they allow to drive their cars.

If a lady is going to purse a gun, at least get them to put it in a specific pocket with nothing else and if they have a round chambered, which they should, have the safety on.

If she insists on purse carrying with a round in the chamber, she should have had a holster designed to guard the trigger. It defeats the point of being locked and loaded when you have to fish around in a purse to find your gun. Israeli carry really is the best option for your average cc.

In Houston, it's 35+ y/o Asian drivers looking for an excuse.

I see them, ID them, and pass them, every, F$*@ing day. It's not teenagers.

Was in the Chimes East last Tuesday for lunch. There were 6 of us. The waitress asked me for a credit card before ordering. What? She said they have so many walk offs now that for a party with more than 4 they ask for a credit card as security.

That should have been a clue. I did notice the demographics had changed a lot. Food was fine but that request gave me second thoughts about going back. Now this.

We are living in an upside down world. This is bad.

Its been ghetto for years.

They make you try the soups/gumbo now before they give you a bowl so you cant say you want your money back when you eat it all and say its gross.

Waiting on those useless shits would drive me to alcohol poisoning at duvics every night

I'm pretty sure you probably got wasted there with a bridesmaid at my rehearsal dinner that ... did bad things in front of all of our parents.

In a world where everyone were law abiding citizens this may be a good idea. Some people don’t go to gun stores to purchase firearms.
