Gulf of Mexico should be renamed

There aren't a lot of mexicans living along the gulf. Hell, there's probably more vietnamese living on the coast. Should be renamed Gulf of America.

Maybe Gulf of Rednecks or Gulf of Cajuns would be more appropriate.
Or, if considering the west coast of Florida, perhaps the Gulf of Retired Yankees.

Number of tidal shoreline miles between Texas and Florida = roughly 1,680
Number of tidal shoreline miles in Mexico = roughly 1,743
So it’s not much more gulf in Mexico than in the US, but there is more. So it’s aptly named.

Maybe you missed it, but theres a country called "Mexico" that borders a very large portion of the Gulf.
