I haven’t been as depressed in a long time as reading thru this thread made me- and i’m a middle aged white guy.

It must suck to never have grown out of that oppressive Southern mentality of having to wear certain traditional shoes to “fit in.”

And yes, i gotta think that grown men who pay this much attention to other men’s fashion choices are probably closeted homos.

Yeah, people don't wear Jordans to impress others. Totally.

I didn’t realize Jordans were just for children.

It’s called the Skip Bayless look. Nothing screams douche like a 40 year old dad bod in them

Guaranteed to be the loudest one at the airport bar if heaven forbid there is any sort of sporting event on television

I highly recommend that everyone go to an “urban” shoe store for a Jordan launch. It’s another world with other people that everyone needs to experience at least once in their lifetime.

I’ve seen the doors ripped off a store. I’ve seen grown men fight after someone stepped on their new Js. I’ve seen adult women buy Js two sizes too small for their children because we were out of the size they needed. You have to go see it.

I like Jordan's. Though I haven't bought a pair since before he retired for the final time.
They are just too much now, plus my parents paid for them as a kid.

I buy new releases from the Nike app and sell on stockx. It’s amazing what people will pay for some of them. Easy money. Never even take them out of the box.

If they are Jordan 1’s that have never been worn you can sell them for like $3K.....
