I call it a cart. Wife calls it a buggy (I'm from Texas, she's from South Carolina).

Buggy--old school south and Pittsburgh. It's a cart everywhere else. I call it a buggy.

Cart when I reference it to my wife or other adults, but when I'm talking to my two year old I call it a buggy.. pretty weird.

Buggy or Cart?
Neither. Especially when I roll up in Calandro's on Government, it's a Trader Joe's re useable shopping bag.
I fill it up at my leisure and dare a fool to accuse me of shoplifting.
