I've read a lot about it in recent months. Why would I do that? Well, first, because my pocketbook is getting hurt and, two, because I like learning and being able to offer information to others who may not have had the time, or interest, to look into things for themselves.

I linked the article I did because it is, by far, the most comprehensive single story on what's happening in the supply chain and it's written in layman's terms for industry outsiders like you and I to easily comprehend. It's long but well worth the read. Also, there's nothing political in it. It's not a political issue, despite what left and right wing media propagandists would like us to believe.

Think of all those poors you helped out. Yep the ones that pull out the EBT cards, don’t pay any taxes( except sales tax on that 75” flat screen), and get stimulus checks and $$ tax returns for sitting on their asses all day.

Agreed. But I've never shopped by label.

I look at the beef and get the one I like.

Sometimes that's prime.

Sometimes it isnt.

I found ungraded pismos at the local grocery a few weeks ago that were 6.99 a lb. Bought one. It turned out to be amazing. Went back and bought all of them.

I've been using filet for almost everything.
