"LOL guys if we had just used better software this wouldn't have happened". Yet the whole port supply chain was working fine prior. So while software could help, it won't help now, and it won't fix the issues now. This issue screams of mismanagement via bad company policy or lack there-of. Your entire argument is moot, unless you're suggesting we just shut the ports down to get the magical software installed, working through 6 months of install issues and a year of personnel training. Where it's still managed under the same policies as before

You're right, it's too late. I'm an engineer...systems and processes are important. It's beyond me how a system as complex as supply chain doesn't have a central planning operation used to schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing cargo. As we see now, as the chain recovers from the pandemic and demand increases globally, the system has been balancing on one foot for years and has finally lost its balance.

My point in this thread, and others, isn't that there's some magical fix to get us out of this. My point was that our issues do not stem from government policy, "Brandon", or any other political excuse partisans throw out on this board. It's systemic.

No shite, and those supply lines are still disrupted and struggling to catch up with demand. And it’s a global issue, not just one here. The current situation is no more Joe Biden’s fault than last year’s was Donald Trump’s fault. Which was my point.

Brandon is just the face of the political ideology that pushed for measures and policies that disrupted the supply line indefinitely. By blaming Brandon people are expressing frustration with everyone who agreed with him/his party.

You are trying to explain advanced calculus to 3rd graders. They hate when trump was blamed for shite he couldn't control so now they will do the same thing. Easier to point fingers than address the actual problem

Covid policies pushed by Biden and his administration have resulted in numerous people not being able to work due to contact tracing.

Labor negotiations with unions (leadership 95% democrat) have resulted in work policies that further exacerbate transportation and off loading issues

Stimulus after stimulus, printing money, increasing government dependence through food stamps, eviction moratorium, and increased unemployment payouts

3 policies that immediately made everything worse.

The more likely explanation is that America went INSANE with fiscal stimulus, way beyond even most european nations in cash payments to the citizens

Pretty sure we wouldve been fine if we stopped at cash payments to citizens. That was only like 20%-30% of where stimulus money went.

Yep. They are doing their best to force these issues to a head. Its insane how any of these people get elected.

Lets decide who to vote for based off what we see on television, and let who we see on television be controlled by who spends the most, and then let them take money from whoever has the most, and then pretend they won't represent their interests when they get in office

And guess what. If you dont take any money and start gaining momentum they will just call you crazy and make it trending ala Ron Paul. I had my conservative friends laugh at me for voting for him

I mean, they very clearly cheated. One anomaly is an anomaly. Two is a coincidence. Any more than that is a conspiracy

The issue with Biden is that we was quick to sign 283 executive orders to reverse issues, quick to sign mandates basically forcing states to follow covid rules, But has done absolutely jackshit to help solve issues with federal effect .

In short, he's done nothing to help Americans with issues affecting them from this massive supply chain issue, Or anything else for that matter. See recent forbes article on petroleum needs.

You and OweO voted for a clown whom's only talent is prolonging issues to profit off them.

This is their goal. They are just like soros in their goal of trashing the us dollar. The reason they made biden their stooge is because they want him to catch all the blame for it rather than someone that actually matters to them. This is the new thing, disposable presidents. This is why all the Republicans in congress turned on trump as soon as he was out the door. Now they can get back to stealing from us.
