Greyhound bus beheader/cannibal lives free among us

Remember that guy that beheaded that dude and cannibalized the dude's body on that greyhound bus in Canada a few years ago? He lives by himself, free, in society, with no supervision.

I remember that story. It was as gruesome as they come. The perp stabbed the victim, who was just listening to music using ear buds, to death. Horrified passengers tumbled off the bus as the maniac beheaded his victim. Then he held the severed head up in front of them, cut the tongue out and consumed it.
I just don't think there's a pill that can cure someone who is that far gone. Maybe a cyanide pill. Canada fricked up with this one. The guy will eat again.
