If Bar Stool bought it how do you think the Natty Tour Bus would go over?

There's a house similar to that on the River here, it looks like something a high up member of a Mexican drug cartel would love in, but it has electric transmission lines running over a third of the house. It's always up for sale, I assume because whenever someone buys it they die of cancer a few years later.

Am Injust paying for 1 bedroom in the home? Listing says one bedroom. If so I am going to need somebody to pay 500x that me to be roomies with some goat humpers.

Can I buy it without physically taking possession?

I'd plop down $1400 for a gamble on something that might be a great winter home when I retire in 40 years.

I'd do this well aware that it's much more likely to be bombed out than livable in even 1 year. That's why you call it gambling fellas.

edit: Looking at the price of land of some of the other listings (like millions of dollars) this place must truly be in the middle of a horrific neighborhood.

Is terrorism an exclusion on the insurance policy? That's a deal breaker.

There were homes on the Tigris that we blew up in Iraq that put that to shame. Mini-Playboy mansions

That looks like more than 1 bedroom.

Is $1400 the monthly rent for 1 bedroom of this house?

If it was really $1400 to buy the whole property, I'd consider it just in case Syria wasn't a shite hole some day.

So I could buy it one day and the next day a bomb can be dropped on it?

Is Damascus even getting any fighting? I kinda assumed it was all up north around Aleppo? I'm also basing this off absolutely nothing

Is it still considers Mediterranean style if it's on the Mediterranean?
