Now, once the fed charges drop, that’s a whole different ballgame. But for these? He’s gonna walk with a fine, probation, and community service

Dont get me wrong, he is guilty. But goodness he dont need to be spending 20+ years in prison. I think 1-4 will suffice.

bullshite. Jussie’s plan was hoping 2 white guys were walking within a few block radius of him, they’d be apprehended, he’d falsely identify them, and they’d go to prison for the rest of their lives all so he can make a few more dollars when he was already raking in over a million a year. He tried to incite a race war all in the name of a raise and being a hero.
Throw the book at him. I don’t mind my tax dollars going to imprison this a-hole just to make an example of him. 25 years is fine in my book.

That is a problem in and of itself. Even if this was real. Jussie was not even harmed. It should have been an assault and battery case, but nothing really above that.

I’m shocked and awed that Chicago law enforcement has pursued this. Thought for sure this would be forgotten about like all the other fake hate crimes.
