Happy to hear it. But realize that an indictment only indicates probable cause, which is a very low burden. An attorney friend of mine who worked as a prosecutor at Tulane and Broad for a very long time always says that when he used to be able to indict a ham sandwich.

as it should... a hate crime, an actual hate crime, is more newsworthy than a hoax...
that being said, i hope he gets the book thrown at him, for how far he has set back actual victims and how he has jeopardizes legitimate hate crime claims... frick that dude....
