The cultural differences between black and white people have remained static for the last 50 years, although there has been some crossovers in each direction. This is why forced integration by the federal government has failed, while the organic integration keeps moving forward, albeit at a relatively slow pace.

My FIL told me we will never get them to our standards but they will eventually drag us all down to theirs. He was 100% right.
