ETA: Just measured on Google Earth. Roosevelt Street and Garfield Street are less than 2,000 feet from Pleasant Hall and way closer to the Tiger Band Hall on Aster Street.

It is, to some degree. And I firmly believe that weed is safer than alcohol. But smoking it on campus is trashy. I say the exact same thing about cigarettes and cigars in a crowd.
