That reminds me of the time I was drinking at a bar in California. The bartender was an epic level douche. Asked us what we wanted, waited literally 2 seconds, said "too slow" a d walked away. It wasn't even a busy bar.
He does other amazingly assholish things over the next hour, calling other patrons idiots, rolling his eyes at drink orders, etc.
My bill was probably $15 bucks for the 2 drinks I got in the 1.5 hours I was there. I write "Geaux frick yourself" in the tip line and write the total and sign.
We walk out and he and two other workers come flying out, stop at the door and start cursing us out. I tell him he sucked as a bartender and to suck a dick. They tell us to come back in, I say no, come on out, which apparently he can't do. We laughed at them and walked off.
I think I was the trashy one in that scenario, but frick that guy anyway.

I would've ordered that drink to go, then rounded up to the next dollar for the tip.

So you do this thing people do called communicating.
Tell him that there's an extra drink on there. If you are in a hurry just tell him to keep the cost of the additional drink as the tip.

Instead of not giving a tip you should just give a penny or so.
Let them know you're not poor but send the message that they suck bootyhole.

I figured my note had the same impact. And this guy needed a more direct message. I wanted him to be offended as much as possible. I told him at one point that he was a prick and his response was "and?"

I told him once and he had already run my card incorrectly. My buddy tipped since his bill was undercharged, I didn't since mine was overcharged. I don't think that's a big deal
