Daily trip log-exercise edition
5.2 miles on my non pedal assisted standard beach cruiser ( I do not live on the beach
)
Accident level 5 possibly a 6 or 7 pending any soreness & swelling. Lost control and somewhat safely land on a patch of grass except for my left arm which hit the concrete and is a bloody mess.
Left leg, aka my better leg got twisted and was caught under my back tire after the fall, my shoe even came off.
1st reaction was did anyone see me. Answer is no, I think.
2nd reaction was I gotta get up. That was difficult.
3rd reaction was to finish the ride and I did.
4th reaction was to never get overly distracted again whilst listening to Rockin’ me by the Steve Miller Band.
Note: will once again load up on bandages at HEB.
