Let me grab my post.
But for now, camping, 10hr+ in sun and trying to fix a camper where the inverter from 110v to 12v went out caught up with me.
Wasn't hydration, just needed to cool down since I'm not conditioned. I work and workout in the AC. The heat just caught up with me.
Got dizzy, desoriented, and threw-up 1.25x.

You're I'm glad you are better now. One must be really careful in the heat. It really shouldn't be an issue if someone is inside with a/c though.
